When will I receive my Paypal invoice from the IG Live sales?
You will receive your invoice within 24 to 48 hours after the IG Live Sale has ended.

When will my package be sent?
Processing time is 3 to 5 Business days and 7 business days for backorder or preorder items once we have received payment. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Where is my package/tracking information?
Paypal: You can go into your invoice to locate your tracking information
Whatnot claims: Once the package has been scanned at USPS, Whatnot will send you an email advising your package is on the way with the tracking information.
Shopify/Website purchases: An email will be sent once our team has inputted the tracking information.
When do Mystery Boxes ship?
Once we sell out of the Mystery Box, they will be shipped to you!
If I purchase something on the website, can I pick it up locally?
Unfortunately, all purchases made on the website and/or Whatnot must be mailed.
