This is a Torpedo Comics exclusive!! Sin City #1 misprint. This book was never supposed to exist. The cover was supposed to be blank. The cover on this book is actually the second to last page on the book. 300 were made before the error was realized and all were acquired by Torpedo.

It is not indicated on the label from CGC but these are indeed a misprint.
